The property was in pristine condition, as was the treatment I got from the very first contact on Craigslist.org until my wrap up and reimbursement of security deposit once I had concluded my stay at their property where I rented one bedroom and bath. I only wish all landlords and apartment complex professional management were as attentive, professional and certainly friendly as I found both Caleb and Chris to be. Not once did I have a major issue with the property, and even the minor fixes that I suggested were taken care of in no time, literally. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a temporary place to reside while in Gwinnet County, Georgia to seriously consider seeking to stay in one of Chris and Caleb's various houses. It is well-worth the money and peace of mind you will enjoy, not to mention the certainty you will have a quality place to live, respectful housemates and excellent service from your landlords, through and through." "I have lived at the Lois house for almost a full year now. My downstairs suite is very nice for the price. I have my two rooms and a private bathroom. The common area of the house provides enough space for four respectful residents to reside comfortably. My housemates and I have no problem sharing the kitchen, dining area, and living room. There is also an extra fridge, sink, and cabinets downstairs.
Chris has been a great landlord. He checks the background of all potential residents to protect the current tenants. One month when we only had two people living in the Lois house, he payed a portion of the utilities himself in order to lighten the financial burden on me and my one housemate. Chris' leasing service has been a blessing for me."

"I am Sultan from India. I came to Atlanta in Feb 2008. I am a software engineer working for Sapient Corporation.
I stayed in Chris House for more than six months and till my last day I was very comfortable.
The in house facilities was good, there is no disturbance from the neighbors.
Chris is very particular in giving the rooms to tenant. He looks for decent people which gives the sense of security to us.
It was like my own house where I had really good time with my room mates.They were just like my family members.
If I come to Atlanta again, I would love stay in Chris house."
